As the Outlet Manager, you will ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining the level service that is uniquely Grand Hyatt.

You will be responsible for the optimal utilization of resources and ensure that associates are equipped with the proper product and service training that will allow them to be their best everyday.

Qualifications:
University graduate of hospitality management with a strong passion for food and customer service.

Practical experience from gained a similar restaurant in the same role is essential

Proficient in occupational health and safety standards, team management, report writing

Strong leadership and service recovery skills
