The Overnight Front Desk Agent contributes to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork and must be the kind of person who appreciates high standards of excellence. The Overnight Front Desk Agent is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all night audit work and oversees the Front Office during the overnight shift. Duties include the guest registration process, processing forms of payment, communication of hotel services and responding to guest inquiries. This is a part-time position and the candidate needs to have flexible schedule to work on weekends.

Qualifications:· A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. · Must be able to work 11 pm- 7 am, including weekend, weekday and holiday shifts. · Previous Night Audit or Front Desk experience required. · Comfortable with working alone and with little supervision · Must have intermediate computer skills · Must have full Alberta Class 5 Driver license · Refined verbal and written communication skills · Ability to stand for long periods of time.
