Hyatt Support Agent IT Helpdesk in MAINZ, Germany

For our EAME team of the Hyatt Global Operation Center we are looking for a Support Agent IT Helpdesk based out of the Hyatt Services Center in Mainz, Germany. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers and be primarily responsible for providing quality technical support and customer service. You will assume ownership of the customer’s inquiry and see it through to resolution; properly escalating to higher level IT associates or third party service providers.

Your responsibilities * Provides first level telephone and other media contact support for all hardware and software issues * Clearly documents interactions, incidents, and resolutions within ticketing system * While acting as a single point of contact, takes ownership and responsibility of issues from start through to resolution * Providing continues feedback to our customers about current support status * Administer and maintain user access to systems and applications

Our requirements * IT vocational training or bachelor degree concentration in Information Systems, Computer Science, or comparable field * Very good knowledge support standard applications (like MS Office) * Knowledge of network infrastructures and systems a plus * Good knowledge in one of the following systems Windows-Server, MS-SQL Server, software deployment, Citrix, VMWare * Minimum of 1 – 2 years job experience in supporting and administration of Windows client system, preferred Windows 7 * Very good English or French language skills * Experience in the hospitality industry a plus
