Hyatt Pastry Cook 3 in ORLANDO, Florida
This culinary position requires good communication skills as well as at least two years of previous line and fine dining experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. The candidate will be responsible for the p reparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to Pastry shop standards; assists higher level bakers; other duties as assigned by Chef. This person may be required to give direction in the supervisor's absence.
Previous pastry experience
AM/PM availability including weekends and holidays
Ability to work in a fast paced high volume kitchen
Comfortable with all pastry/baking procedures
Ability to work on a team or on own
