Hyatt Communication Center Manager - Hyatt on the Bund in SHANGHAI, China

Description:
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

To manage the day-to-day operation of our Communication Center, which covers the hotel's operators, ordertakers and designated guest service officers.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years work experience as a Supervisor in a Telephone Department. Well developed communication, telephone and customer relations Skills. Computer skills in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and PABX Systems will be an asset.
