Hyatt Spa Manager in TOKYO, Japan
* Direct operations of facility including short and long range strategic planning so that the facility operates cost effectively and efficiently. * Promote and sell Spa programs to hotel guests and members in a knowledgeable and professional way. * Work efficiently with Hotel Public Relations in all aspects of spa promotions and media as required. * Assist in the supervision/operation of all spa departments. * Administration and implementation of staff training in all aspects of the Spa's operations. * Delegate appropriately, duties and responsibilities to equip and resource employees, nurturing and developing them whilst ensuring standards of operation and safety are maintained. * Responsibilities encompass the area of financial budgeting and analysis, including the development of annual budgets for the various departments within the facility. * Authorise expenditures in keeping with the Furniture, Fittings and Equipment and Operating budgets.
* More than 2 years of management experience in a hotel spa or similiar facilities * More than 2 years of management experience in a different department in a hotel * Preferred to have membership experience. * Must have both English and Japanese skills
