The Michelin rated Blue Duck Tavern at Park Hyatt Washington is seeking a talented and creative Pastry Cook who is looking for an opportunity to exhibit their skills. This pastry position requires basic culinary skills as well as some pastry experience preferred. This is a fast paced position.
