Ensures the smooth running of theGuest Kitchen, Bakery Cafe, Meeting Rooms, AssemblyKitchenand Employee Restaurant,in accordance with the hotel’s standards and financial goals.

Ensures that culinary activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Action have been implemented where appropriate.

Provides a courteous and professional service at all times.

Assists to maximize associate productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.

Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented.

Qualifications:
More than 5 years hotel working experience in Food and Beverage Culinary Field.
