You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Officer is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Front Desk within the Rooms Division.

Qualifications:
Passionate, action oriented and hardworking personalities with minimum 1 - 2 years work experience in hotel operations. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, good customer service and interpersonal skills.
