About YOU: • You have experience working in a supervising role in a front office department; • You have great language and communication skills in English and in Dutch; • You have a relevant degree in hospitality or tourism; • You are familiar with relevant front office systems, such as Opera; • You are encouraging and reassuring; • You have experience with upselling; • You do not back away from all front office related administrative tasks, projects and responsibilities; • You are legally allowed to work in the Netherlands, already holding a valid permit.
