Hyatt Guest Experience Manager - Hyatt Regency Beijing Wangjing in BEIJING, China
You will be responsible to build up a strong relationship with guests with an aim to maximize guests' satisfaction.
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as a Lead Host in Front Office. Besides Chinese, preferably you are able speak good Korean or German.
