This is a flexible position working across Aria Restaurant, Lobby, Room Service, Mini Bar), with ample opportunity for guest contact and personal development.
Some of your main responsibilities will be to serve food and beverage orders and requests from guests, whilst maintaining an efficient and high standard of quality service, according to Hyatt Regency Birmingham standards. You will also have opportunities to upsell and cross sell other facilities and services that the hotel has to offer.
Working on a casual basis, shifts include 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or late nights.
You will have experience within a Food & Beverage environment of a similar standard, with excellent interpersonal skills you will be welcoming and attentive. We are looking for people to join our team who are team players, proactive in their duties who strive for career progression.
