The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervisory duties in the Housekeeping department. This includes inspecting and ensuring high standards of guest room cleanliness, coaching housekeeping colleagues, resolving guest complaints and guest recovery. In addition; as business dictates the ability to assist in the housekeeping team with cleaning rooms. This position works very closely with the Front Office to ensure high guest satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, service orientation, and the ability to work in a team orientated environment. Minimum of 1 year hotel experience preferred.
