As Executive Assistant Manager - F&B, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Hotel and ensure that the various departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.

Your main missions will be: * Recruit associates prior to the opening of this new hotel * Run the strategy of the company within the operational department * Manage the productivity and the profitability of the operations * Comply and exceed Hotel & Company service standards and procedures * Ensure that costs are controlled throughout the operational departments and results are analyzed regularly to highlight problem areas and take appropriate action * Ensure that services are managed according to the standards established for the brand in general and especially for the hotel * Respect the legal, legislative and social standards in the various services

Support General Manager and act as General Manager in his absence when necessary

Qualifications

Be able to write and speak in french

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Operations with a previous experience Manager or Director of F&B. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
