Hyatt Telephone Operator- PM Shift in DENVER, Colorado

Hotel Telephone Operators (PBX Operators) answer incoming phone calls and efficiently direct phone traffic and provide an exceptional level of service for Hyatt guests and associates. This role gives opportunity to assist guests by providing information and services and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties include dispatching guest request calls, initiating emergency response procedures, and wake up calls.

Open afternoon and evening availability is required for this position; including weekends and holidays. The schedule is based on business needs. There could be some occasions that this shift might need to fill an overnight role, so flexibility is needed.
