Description:
* Responsible for ensuring overall hygiene activities in the food production areas. * Supports the implementation of food safety, hygiene and quality assurance operation policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure the entire production process is in compliance with the corporate standard * Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with local regulatory laws / international standards in Food safety.

Qualifications:
* Diploma holder or above in Food Science or related discipline. * Certificate in Food and Beverage / HACCP or Food Hygiene Training * 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience in food & catering industry with International Brand Hotel. * Good interpersonal skills
