- You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
- Assists the Concierge Manager and Assistant Manager – Concierge to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge functions within the Rooms Division.
- Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management desirable
- Basic Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office, preferably some knowledge of Fidelio/Opera
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must
