You are a driven sales specialist who welcome challenges with open arms. You are a goal setter and a good team player who has experience in working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments in a hotel.

Carefully plans Sales Calls into defined objectives and follow up sales leads to identify prospect.**

Maintains a detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, features and services.**

Ensures a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales solicitation of telephone contact and written communications.**

Professionally conducts routine telemarketing activities to identify new accounts.**

Entertains and conducts hotel inspections for clients whenever required.**

Establishes and maintains a strong relationship with the established clientele and constantly explores new business opportunities.**

Achieves the monthly and annual group target and the segment target room night production and room revenue.**

Liaises and works closely with the related operation departments ensuring guests requests and expectation are being met.**

Ensures all Events Orders are distributed to the concerned department in a timely manner.**

Qualifications:
* Ideally with a relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Hospitality or Tourism Management. * Minimum 2 years work experience EVent Sales coordinator in a five star luxury international brand hotel. * Must have well-versed knowledge in local market. * A can-do attitude. * Strong problem solving skills, strategy formulation, account development, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. * Computer skills in MS Office, email, Fidelio/Envision/Reserve will be an asset.
