Hyatt Guest Services Agent - Front Office in JOHANNESBURG, South Africa
Front Office associates are the first and last to meet our guests and we need to make a great impression. Hyatt Regency Johannesburg is looking for associates that will deliver that great impression. Associates are responsible for the guest registration process and hotel communication. Other duties include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. This important role is responsible and has a direct impact for creating the guest experience. If you have great communication skills and love customer service then we would like to hear from you.
A hotel school diploma or degree in hospitality_is a must_ Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays Must be proficient in computers (Opera, Microsoft Office, etc.) Previous experience with Opera is an asset Great verbal and written communication skills Must have previous customer service experience Must be able to adapt and work in a diverse culture and environment Must have proven experience in making quick and efficient decisions Knowledge of a second language is an asset Guest Reservations assistance required
