Hyatt Chef de Partie - Commissary in MANILA, Philippines

As we build a vibrant, passionate and fun-loving team, we are seeking a well-experienced Chef de Partie - Commissary *who assists the *Chef de Cuisine in the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the outlet, in accordance with the hotel's standards and financial goals.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience in a five star food and beverage service. You will oversee the kitchen section and ensure that it runs according to the performance standards and all dishes from that section are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes. You will be responsible to organise and set up the kitchen as effectively as possible, monitor food and operating costs, and manage and reduce wastage.

• Education: Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Culinary or Hospitality management.

Minimum 2 years work experience as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands.

•Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential. Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.
