* As an Assistant Manager, you will be primarily responsible to role model and supervise your team members to warmly welcome and sincerely host all guests to Andaz Delhi.
* You will have to efficiently balance all tasks upon guests’ arrival to create authentic stay experiences and a seamless, hassle-free departure experience. * Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations * To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product including room rates, relative facilities, Food and Beverage Outlets, Spa and Health Club. * Oversee the smooth running of the Concierge Department on a day to day basis to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction. * Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and other organisations, especially travel agencies, local business groups and airlines. * Ensures that the Concierge operates with the most efficient possible cost structure while also delivering on the brand promise to the guest, proactively managing costs based on key performance indicators.
