A summer culinary intern requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience. A summer culinary intern should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. The main kitchen that will be assigned to the culinary intern is On the Rocks which is the kitchen for the 600 seat pool area.

* Refined verbal communication skills. * Previous line experience preferred. * Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays * Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills. * Able to work single station in the kitchen. * A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. * Ability to stand for long periods of time.
