Hyatt Pastry Cook 3 (Full-Time) in SAN DIEGO, California
The Pastry Cook 3 is responsible for preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to Pastry shop standards. The Pastry Cook 3 assists higher level bakers and performs other duties as assigned by Chef.
* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. * Refined verbal communication skills. * Must have physical stamina to lift, carry, push and pull moderate amounts of weight. * Ability to stand for long periods of time. * Ability to work flexible schedule and various shifts, including but not limited to, days, nights, weekends and holidays.
* 1-2 years previous experience preferred.
* Luxury resort/hotel experience a plus.
