This Operations Manager is a very unique position in which the ideal candidate will be able to oversee the Stewarding Department while also learning to lead and operate the Rooms Division. This person supervises day-to-day operation of the hotel's stewarding department which includes scheduling, management, and training of staff. This person will also learn how to operate the Rooms Division.

Qualifications:
* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment * Refined communication skills * Strong leadership skills is required * 3-5 years of hotel management or supervisory experience is preferred * Ability to work a flexible schedule
