Hyatt Human Resources Coordinator (local candidate only) in SIEM REAP, Cambodia

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The HR Coordinator is responsible to assist and support the Director of Human Resources in the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Department.

Ideally with a diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as HR clerk in a hotel or large operations. Strong interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, good problem solving and administrative skills and high competency in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint systems. Good command of English both in speaking and writing.
