Hyatt Guest Experience Host/Night Audit in TYSONS CORNER, Virginia
Guest Experience Hosts are responsible for three major parts of the guest experience. The first is guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. The Host will answer questions, give direction, and make detailed reservations or recommendations for our guest. The second part is the telephone operator. Hosts are responsible for answering incoming calls and must work well handling a high volume of calls. All hosts should be comfortable and able to answer questions relating to the hotel. Finally, the Host will service the “Regency Club”. This is an exclusive, private lounge that caters to VIPs and frequent stay members. This club offers a variety of food and beverage services as well as current periodicals and the latest in media options and technology. The Host will be responsible for managing all the F&B in the club along with maintaining the cleanliness and following serve safe guidelines. This position offers the opportunity to engage in casual conversation and to indulge special requests. You will be the face of Hyatt as a Guest Experience Host.
A Night Audit Host is responsible for guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions during the over night shift. Agents will answer questions, give direction, and make detailed reservations or recommendations for our guests. This position requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues and transportation options. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You will be the face of Hyatt as a Night Audit Host.
This role will require evening and overnight availability for the requested shifts.
