  • Create Memorable Texas Experiences

  • Serve as a mentor and role model for Event Planning Managers, Event Concierge and Administrative Staff

  • Be responsible for the relationships between the client and the hotel.
  • Manage groups’ on-the-fly requests with ease, poise and care
  • Work with clients on site inspections, menus, room blocks, meeting room sets and creating experiences
  • Forecast and Upsell

Creative and Detailed Orientated

Knowledgeable in Food and Beverage

Proficient in multitasking and wearing multiple hats

Has proven success in receiving excellent customer service feedback

Has prior hospitality experience

Must have prior Event Planning experience
