Description:
Hyatt Regency Chantilly is currently under construction for an expected opening in second semester 2018.

You will have a coaching program through 18 months and experience in different Rooms area.

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers in our Front Office department and to give a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

You will have to understand Hyatt standards and you will discover the Rooms department in our luxury establishment.

Qualifications:

Ideally with a degree in an Hotel School as Bachelor or a BTS in Hospitality Industry.

You will need basic knowledge of Rooms department (welcome guest, service and courtesy).

You will have to speak French fluently and strong English knowledge will be required.

A third language will be an asset.
